I have the following questions concerning the tool, that are not clear to me from looking at the website:

  1. can the tool reflect the following metrics?
  • ROI (return on investment)
  • Proportion of new and regular customers
  • Loyalty
  • Average cost per conversion
  1. are there import options for data from testing and survey tools? If yes, which ones?

  2. is there something like internal benchmarking? That is, that you can compare your data with data from other companies in the industry?
