Putting 2 Piwik instances together

Dear all,

at the moment I do have two Piwik instances on different servers and each is tracking one website. Now I want to migrate the data from server 1 to server 2.
My main problem is: the website from server 1 will get a new tracking ID and I’m very unsure how to migrate my old data…

Which database tables do I have to change?

this is not easy to do currently, but someone could write a script to do it.
