Put code on my site, it shows up in PiWik self hosted?

I’m new to Piwik so forgive me is this is too basic.

I have a self hosted solution.

Is there a feature where I can install some Piwik code on my sites and it’ll “phone home” and add it to my dashboard? Also, is there a way to NOT leave a footprint when doing that? ie have each site’s install code be different in some way or another…
