Provider: Unknown

Hi - I get “unknown” for every visitor’s provider entry. Please help!
Has anyone else had this problem and do they know a fix?
P.S I have the anonymizeIP-Plugin turned off.

It’s not a plugin. It’s a setting in the Privacy tab in the admin panel. But I assume you meant that, correct?

Yes I know its not a plugin. I copied and pasted that from another paste where it mentions a similar problem related to that setting. I have turned it off but to no avail :frowning:
