Provider not being shown on hover over country flag in the dashboard

Until several weeks ago now, when in the dashboard I hovered over the country flag, it would show me the provider. Now, however, though the word “Provider” is there, no provider is ever shown. Any ideas as to what I might have done that screwed things up?

please check you use latest piwik version. if you still have the issue for new visits in the latest version, it may be a bug. please create a report @ Issues · matomo-org/piwik · GitHub

Thank you for the response. I checked the version. It’s 2.15.0, which it says is the current update, and I have submitted the bug report.

Problem solved, no bug, just me. I had somehow deactivated the Provider plugin. Apologies.
