Problems with tracking Safari requests


I have a problem to get the visit count from iphones oder ipads or safari browser.

In the network traffic tab of the safari development tab, i see that piwik.php is called and i get an 200 OK response. User Agent and so on looks good.

But on the dashboard in matomo i see nothing from “apple”

Someone an idea?

You can temporarily enable Tracking HTTP API: API Reference - Matomo Analytics (formerly Piwik Analytics) - Developer Docs - v3 which causes the piwik.php call to return an extensive log on why or why not the data has been saved.
