Problems with Plugins

  1. I get this error message
    Class ‘Piwik_Plugin’ not found in /home/trinkgu/public_html/ on line 17

  2. Whenever I download a plugin, I cannot unpack it, it unpacks an empty folder (Win Zip7)

any idea?

Hi Dan

  1. try deleting the plugins/SecurityInfo directory from your filesystem. Then try installing SecurityInfo from Settings > Marketplace

I deleted it and this is the first timke that I am offered the installation from the dashboard…wow, thats nice :slight_smile:

no need for downloading anymore
