First Problem:
Piwik doesn’t log some pages here, but the code is in it. What’s the cause? They aren’t counted and shown in the log. But proper configured
Second Problem:
Some Pages in a subdirectory are logged but aren’t shown in the overview. you can click the directory name but there show only one page instead of 250.

What is your piwik URL, website URL with the Piwik code?
Do you have records in your log_visit table?
For the second bug, we will fix it asap and will be available in next release.
