problème avec version 0.6.4

Bonjour,

J’ai mis à jour ce matin la version de piwik en automatique.
Problème, depuis la mise à jour je n’ai plus de mise en forme, uniquement de texte et les graphiques ne s’affichent plus.

Un bug de la version de mise à jour ou un raté chez moi ?

Bon, j’avance un peu dans la recherche du problème, il semblerait que piwik n’accède plus à la base de donnée puisqu’il n’autorise plus la modification des paramètres. Mais il autorise le log sur l’appli, donc difficile à dire… A suivre.

Il m’arrive la même chose et j’arrive également à la conclusion que c’est à l’accès à la base qui pose problème.

Perso j’ai une base spéciale pour piwik est ce votre cas aussi ?

Solution:
in /tmp/assets u find a .css and a .js. Make sure chmod is set to 755, for some reason it bake 600 here causing these problems.

The reason u see text only and no design is that piwik can not access these files if chmod is 600.

Piwik however should check that the folder is writable or print an error message. Do you have files in your /tmp/assets/ ?

Are they viewable from the browser? if you request them directly?

There is a .js and a .css in /assets, both were on 600 after 0.6.4 update and have of course not been viewable in browser, after chmod to 755 everything is fine. No idea what piwik intends to do by setting permission to 600 as css is needed locally, not server side.

Le dossier /tmp/assets était effectivement avec de mauvaises permissions. Il était sur CHMOD 744 en le mettant sur 755 plus de problèmes.

The folder /tmp/assets was set CHMOD 744 i have change for CHMOD 755 and and it works now.

I did chmod 755 assets/* but still the same problem.

So did I and it now works smoothly.
By the way, I also have a dedicated database for piwik. Maybe it is linked…
