Problem with Segments

Hello, I have a problems with Segments.

I will create a segment to filter the visits with Direct view AND only 1 page view.
This is my rule:

Action In Visits - Greater than = 1
AND
Channel Type - Is not = direct

This seems to be not working correctly.

Look at
Acquisition → All Channels → Channel Types →
Direct Entry:

without segment: 611 visits
with segment: not present

but
**Search Engines: **

without segment: 2,429 visits
with segment: 652 visits

It filtered more than the segment specifications.
This is also considered in the Visits per number of pages

without segment: 2,181 visits
with segment: - visits

It filtered also ALL visits with only 1 visit action. That is not the rule.

Hi @melbao

Don’t you want, with this rule exclude these visits (then exclude visits “direct” with one single page view)? Then, if there is 2 page views (regardless of the origin) or if the channel type is not direct (regardless of the number of actions), you’ll see the visit. I think you have to make a table with these cases to check the segmented visits…

Yet it works as expected. But i had checked it yet only as a “Test”.
