Problem with preview mode in Tag Manager

The preview mode in Matomo Tag manager do seldom work, or actually never.

Until now when i tried the preview mode in Tag manager for whitespace.se. We are using Matomo cloud. Can that be the reason why it works?

Hi,
Which version of Matomo do you use?
Do you use the URL parameters in your site when you want to use the preview mode?
Is there any bug in the JavaScript console?
Please note also that when some navigation is done, the URL parameters can be lost, and then the preview mode disabled…
