Problem with loading segmented visitor log with >1000 visitors

Hello,

I am trying to export visitor level statistics from the visitor log from my campaigns. This goes fine, until my campaign has more than 1000 visitors. In this case, “Loading Segmented Visitor Log” box remains, and the log never opens where I could extract the data I want in an excel form.

Does anybody know a solution to this problem or is there any other way to get visitor level statistics from my campaigns?

Do you see any error in your server error log?

Hi @matthieu,

No, I don’t get actually an error message. It only gets stuck “Loading” it, as it would normally do only for somewhat 10-15 seconds.

In the server error log there should be an error message? or maybe check in your browser console whether the http request finishes?
