Possible to translate GUID?

I have created a couple of customer dimensions. These dimensions “Department” and “Office location” is displayed in Matomo with their Unique ID: “e92da0e9-c0d4-4986-9aea-xxxxxxx”
Is there a way to translate these IDs to their labels/names?
