Pop up act weird

Hi all I am having a problem with the script of Piwik when I have a page with pop up. Since I saw the problem I removed the Piwik script and the problem gone. I am having this problem when I use Explorer editions, not happens in Firefox or others.

Grab the latest piwik.js from svn, and see if it resolves the issue for you.
