plugins.matomo.org: Connection timed out

Hello, I have a timeout problem when requesting plugins.matomo.org which slows down the application.

This is a self-hosted Matomo installation on a shared OVH instance.

Matomo version: 5.2.2
MySQL version: 8.0.37
PHP version: 8.3.9

The CURL request works outside the instance.
The firewall is disabled and OVH support doesn’t see any blocking.

Is it possible that the instance IP is blacklisted by Matomo services?
Has anyone encountered this problem in a similar environment?

For the slow down problem, you can disable Internet features:

This is defined in the config file.

Yes, this may be a temporary solution, but it’s a shame to disable features because of a connection problem.

I’ll have to test it on other instances and hosts.
