Plugin Medianalytics does not create reports or Views

The Mediaanlytics plugin recognizes in the “Real Time” menu that videos are being played, but does not create any reports or views in the ‘Overview’ or “Video” menu items. Even after running the archiver, no evaluations are available. The plugin has already been deactivated and reactivated once, but there has been no improvement. We have Matomo version 5.3.2 and plugin version 5.012 on MariaDB 10.11.9, PHP 8.2.26 on Suse Linux 15 SP6, and Apache http server 2.4.

Any Ideas on this?
