Plugin idea: Backup Piwik DB into Dropbox

Hi,

I’m using Piwik on a WordPress blog of mine which I regularly backup using BackWPup. This plugin zips all files and the WordPress database and uploads it into my Dropbox.

I just realized this would be really helpful for Piwik as well. I’m thinking about an authentication mechanism in the backend and a kind of cron job that zips and uploads.

What do you think?

I agree with this a plugin to be able to easily/automatically back up to Amazon S3, Dropbox etc. would be good.
