can you help me please?

i’m trying to reset my password to my piwik but gets that:
Error: Unable to send mail.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.
Please contact your Piwik administrator.

any suggestions?

Contact your webhost company and ask them to enable the mail() feature on php.

but it worked just until recently

They have changed something on the server probably

i’ve contacted the (bluehost) but they didn’t replied.
do you want to see my email to them?

Do a backup of the database.
