Pixel or javascript tracking

Is there a way to know if a contact come from regular javascript tracker or pixel (noscript) in reports?
With cookies enabled in the tracking code, if users block cookies, can the javaScript tracker still track users without cookies (as in the cookieless solution)?
I am referring to a context in which the user’s consent is not required.
