Piwik with URL redirected to another URL

Hi,

I pay a website storage on a specific URL (example URL1).
I just buyed two new URL (domain names, example URL2 and URL3) that are redirected to a subfolder of the first specific URL (example URL1).

Can somebody tell me if Piwik can be used on sites used on URL2 and URL3 to follow who is visiting URL2 and URL3 even if they are stored on hidden (subfolder) URL1 ?
If well how can I do it ?

Just use different website IDs for pages in those subdirectories.
