Piwik unusable after update to 2.8.3

Hi, I update my piwik installation from 2.8.2 to 2.8.3, no errors shown.
Now when i login, i can only see what in the attached file.

Could you help me find a solutions?

Please try to clean the folder tmp/templates_c

I deleted all files in tmp/templates_c but unfortunately nothing has changed: have you got other suggestions?

I had the exact same problem after just uploaded the new release over the old release’s files.

I eventually deleted the entire installation (after backing up my config file) then re-uploading all of the files. That fixed it for me.
