I would like to ask if Piwik tracking API for Java provides the same functionality as piwik Tracking API for PHP?
Is it possible to extend the Piwik Tracking API for Java ?

It should provide most of it. If it does not, please consider submitting pull request to improve the java tracking API as it is a community effort to maintain it.
