Piwik tells me to report this error

So I do:

There was a problem loading /is/htdocs/myserver/www/piwik/libs/Smarty/Smarty.class.php. Make sure that file exists and is readable by the web server. Then make sure /is/htdocs/myserver/www/piwik/tmp/templates_c exists and is writeable by the web server.
