I want to install piwik installation on my server. I am aware of minimum requirement for installation.
All I want to know is ::
"Is “piwik’s on prem instance” commmunicate with piwik server "?
"Is “piwik’s on prem instance” commmunicate with any thirdparty server "?(assuming no plugins are installed)

enable_marketplace = 0
enable_auto_update = 0
enable_update_communication = 0
My understanding is that with these settings, Piwik will not call home (third party server).
