We have a mobile application that was built using PhoneGap, we are able to successfully track users who use iOS and Android versions of the application. We recently noticed that we are unable to track users who are logged in via Android device with OS version 4.4.2. The older versions work perfectly fine. Could you please let us know why this version of Android is not being tracked?
