Piwik Not Tracking Subpages

Hello all,

For some reason, my Piwik installation is only tracking the main page of my intranet site but not any of the subpages. I am on Piwik Version 2.13.1. This is a new installation of Piwik. I have put the tracking code on every page that I want to track. I have tried adding additional URLs for each subpage, ie http://ipaddress/*, http://ipaddress/forms.php, http://ipaddress/policy.php, etc… I have checked the Apache logs on my Piwik server, but the only entries are a few SSL issues from when I was first setting up the server. My installation of Piwik is not on the same server as my intranet website. I have checked both the firewall and SELinux, but neither seem to be the issue.

I cannot seem to figure out what is causing this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Alsif,

do you see any javascript error in browser console on those pages, maybe?

Thanks, Matt. I found the issue. There was a line of code in one of my PHP functions that was preventing the javascript tracking code from loading. After removing that line, it started working. I appreciate your help.
