Piwik Missing Traffic

Hi,

I updated the domain name on my webserver and no piwik is not tracking all of my traffic. I have updated the domain name on all my websites and it is only showing a fraction of the traffic of Google analytics (5 vs 55 in GA). The traffic pattern also dramatically dropped so I know it’s missing people. How should I proceed?

When I visit your piwik installation I get the following warning:
piwik.affordabletechs.ca uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate is only valid for affordabletechs.ca
