Piwik installation not working, nothing getting saved in DB

I have set up a Piwik server and added tracking code in one of my website.EX:- (http://.mobolt.com) I am seeing no JS error on http://.mobolt.com And when I am hitting http://*.mobolt.com , I am seeing Logs in Piwik server (/var/log/apache2/access.log), But somehow nothing is getting saved in my piwik database.

Following are the logs I am seeing in Piwik Server(/var/log/apache2/access.log):-

Can someone please help me here, i tried a lot to find any DB error but couldn’t see any error message ?
Also where is piwik log file getting generated ?

Hi Matt,

I tried a lot to debug the issue, but it never worked.
I did try to go through the installation procedure twice and did set-up 2 servers but find exactly same problem.
And I am not getting any clue, how to proceed further, can you please guide me here.

Debug the tracking as in: http://piwik.org/docs/tracking-api/reference/#toc-debugging-the-tracking-api-requests
