Piwik installation not recording any visit

Alright, I will try and give one last try in trying to find out why my Piwik installation is not recording any visit.

Here are the facts:

  • The piwik_log_action table recorded 300 events
  • The piwik_log_link_visit_action table recorded 376 events
  • The piwik_log_visit table has [b]zero[/b] record
  • All the piwik_logger_* tables have [b]zero[/b] event
I have no idea why no visit are recorded. If only I could be directed to which file/function I could add trace information to debug this thing that would already be great help.

logger tables should be empty. these are only enabled for debugging.

pm the url of your piwik install, a site that has the tracking code, and login info. We’ll take a look.
