Piwik Comparison Dashboard has not page footer

Hellol People,

I am using the latest version of Piwik. I have just installed the piwik comparison dashboard plugin. But it has got two serious problems. One, it doesn’t have a page footer and you cannot see any Piwik icons at the bottom of the page. Two, it doesn’t load segments that were defined with custom variables. After installation, are there other things to do to make it work after installation?
Any advice will be of great help please.

If possible please create an isssue for each separate problem/suggestion. We will follow up there!
