Piwik API Segmentation with visitIP

Hello,
i tried to get the IP of an user via segmentation. The reason is because i have only the 3 octetts of the IP like xxx.xxx.xxx

I tried adding segment=visitIp=@xxx.xxx.xxx in the URL like the API says but it doesn’t work.

Is this a bug?

No. If you’re using the anonymizer, use .0 for the fourth octet
