Piwik 1.12 - ecommerce, abandoned carts ⇔ orders

hi,

on the ecommerce log, there is shown one order of a returnig visitor. the order includes a unique product-sku. this works fine. but, the same user has got a abandoned cart entry with the same product-sku ~4 hours before his order.

my question is: should the abandoned cart not be replaced with the “ordered-status”? the problem is, that the same person created an “abandoned-cart” entry and an order with the same product within 4 hours. so, i think it’s not really an abandoned cart, isn’t it?

This is by design: Abandoned carts are “per visit” so if user converted in a next visit, the previous visit was with an abandoned cart.
