I received this error when I am trying install CustomReports plugin.
Because before I deleted this plugin and deactivate a licence, but know try install againe.

Hello @denroz. This error suggests that the file could be corrupt or incomplete download. Can you please try to install it again or follow the 3rd method mentioned in the FAQ https://matomo.org/faq/plugins/faq_21/.
