I have a problem understanding how to pause my entire current container or just stop some of the tags in it?
If I published a container to a live environment, is it possible to do so? I need to stop all the tags without deleting them.
Do I need any extensions for this?

Never thought about it, but I would just publish the container ‘empty’, without any triggers. this creates a new version (call it “paused”). You can then hop to that new version or any previous one with a click.
