Hello everyone,
we would like to expand the tracking of our Google Ads campaigns. This includes that we would like to pass the campaign ID as well as the adgroup ID.
For the campaign ID Matomo provides the parameter &mtm_cid. But for the AdGroup-ID there seems to be no parameter of its own. Have you had any experience with this topic? Is there a useful way to pass the AdGroup-ID to matomo?
As a workaround we had thought of a solution like the following:
mtm_cid={campaignid}-{adgroupid}
