I have installed piwik successfully many times before. This time, I am on a new cloud server. I am getting a blank page after loading the piwik code in DocumentRoot/analytics directory. The only thing that shows up is the top label that says
# free/libre analytics platform
is that any log that can tell me why the usual installation wizard pages are showing up?
I’ve been using Piwik for a while and alwasy used the auto update button. it always worked perfectly until this new version. During the update process, the screen became white.
I deleted the previous installation, reinstalled manually except the config.ini.pho but nothing changes
Any suggestions ?
