Outlink unavailable in custom segment

Dear Community,

I am new in Piwik and have a question about custom segments.
We have a site configured to send logs to the piwik. The All visits show me all outlinks but as soon as i tried to add custom segment by adding page name or url the Outlink data show me : “There is no data for this report.”

Could you please point me direction?

Having a similar problem - using the fragment search and outlinks are always zero. This is a big problem for me.
