Would somebody know how to include the opt-out text without using an iframe ? I am trying to use and Ajax call but due to the the site URL being different it fails 
Reason do not wish to use and iframe is so that it can be styled into any sites privacy policy.
I presume from posting that you would prefer comments were annotated to that ticket ?

You won’t be able to use AJAX with the existing optOut code because of the nonce check. I recommend waiting for the ticket to be implemented, which would then allow you to pass styles to the iframe.
In the meantime, you can modify the template (plugins/CoreAdminHome/templates/optOut.tpl).
