Hi. Although this kind of error is mentioned in other topics, I still have not found the solution for this error in my case.
The dashboard screen is not loading the menu items and the error message is shown.

The debug.log shows one Matomo related issue: Matomo: diagnostic check: wp_remove_post to index.php failed.
I am not sure if this is related nor how to fix this.

It might be related to the cron which has failed since 2025-02-25

Looking at the page source of the Matomo dashboard there are some errors.

  • Failed to load resource (401).
  • Unhandled Promise Rejection: undefined.

What could cause this?
