Oops… problem during the request on a new install

hello

since a long time i’ve got this message “Oops… problem during the request, please try again”

Oups ! Problème rencontré durant la requête, veuillez réessayer.

so i decide to reinstall piwik and cleared my database (hosted on 0fees.net)

BUT like old version with old database i still got this message

PIWIK works correctly even if some widget loads infinitly
