On Premises Session Recordings Plugin - No Recordings

Hi all,

New to Matomo. I was eager to try the heatmap and session recording plugin. I have Matomo running on a Vultr server.

There are no errors in my system check. Crontab was enabled and has been running for 24 hours, but no session recordings have come in.

I have session recording set up to record 100% of visitors, no activity required, 0s view time, and “is-any” selected for URL.

I’m a little lost as to what to troubleshoot next. Any thoughts as to where to go from here?
