Not Able to install Piwik

I am following the steps mentioned below.

1) I have downloaded the piwik from the link https://piwik.org/download/.
2) Extracted the files.
3) Created the folder called analytics and uploaded the files to the server using FTP.
4) When i access the link http://theinspiregroup.ca/analytics/ . I am getting the internal server Error.

Can you please help me regarding this.

Depending on your hosting you should have an error log from PHP somewhere. Posting the error logs would allow people to help you, can’t do much if we can’t see the errors.
