No tracking

I’ve followed the FAQ for tracking problems and I am still getting nothing. It is on the site allaboutfocus.com and the piwik package is installed and functional at piwik.allaboutfocus.com. I am using the Genesis WP theme and I pasted the tracking code where Genesis puts things in the footer. I can see the tracking code OK. but nothing is being tracked. The database table is empty.

Can someone please take a look and see what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

I think mod_security is enabled on your server, because the request to piwik fails with 403 error. see Troubleshooting - Analytics Platform - Matomo

Thank you for the help. That was it. That should be in FAQ where they tell you to read before posting questions :slight_smile:
