No statistics in Wordpress

Hi,

I’m running Matomo for several Wordpress-Installations and for quite some time now I don’t see any statistics anymore (the realtime-report shows activity however). Apparently the archiving does not work.

Already talked to the hosting company but they are not aware of any changes on their side. Please find below my system report (it’s in German), hope you can help. Thanks in advance!

Hi @rmerz

Yes you’re right, if you gather raw data but don’t have any data in the reports, then the archiving is the source problem.
Don’t you have any error in the error log files? (there can have several log files: in my own installation, there is one for tracking, another for archiving, another for CRON itself, etc.)
