When creating a segment, results are shown for the present month only. When I change to the month before or other past months, Matomo says “For this report, there are no data available” (my translation).
As I learned that generating a report can take some time, I started my query early in the morning. Before leaving work in the afternoon, there were still no results…
One year back in May 2018, results for segments were shown without problems. Then we had it deinstalled. Now we have a new installation (3.9.1).
Hope anybody can help.
