No possibility to select dimension or metrics when creating a custom report

Hi,

I am using the CustomReports plugin (v4.1.4).
I have set up an event for our custom search form and I want to create a custom report for this event.

When I go to create it, there is no dimension or metrics to select in the dropdown and it’s not possible to type them.

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?
