Hello,
We’re experiencing a weird issue with the Ecommerce plugin. If we select Sales–>Sales By Referrers–>Channel Type and a particular segment filter for the month of April or the date range 1-30 April we receive the following error:
“There is no data for this report.”
However, selecting any of the following ranges produces data:
30 April
2 April - 30 April
1 April - 3 May
30 April - 4 May
So, there is data for 30 April and any date that spans it. The only exception that we can tell is when selecting the month of April in any way. Previous months work fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions or troubleshooting tips to find the problem?
