No data in visits overview or visits over time

Hello all,
We are trying to get Piwik running in our company and for some reason most of the widgets are displaying data. The only place that I can find any data is Visitors->Visitor Log.

I did and even ran the archiving manually

Update:

It workers browser enabled reports. So it must be the cron archiving that is having a problem.
