No data in Real Time Map

Hi

I am using piwik 2.0.3 verson and there is no data showing in Real-time map. Please find the attachment for more informaton. Do i need to install any plugin to get the data in real-time map.

Which webserver are you using?

If you are using Apache please create a .htaccess with the following content in your Piwik root directory:


AddType image/svg+xml svg svgz
AddEncoding gzip svgz

added .htaccess and set to 705 but no difference (in /emstats right?)

I’m not familiar with IIS. It looks like you all using IIS. I suspect something prevents the SVG files (for the country maps boundaries) to load. Could you maybe look if there are some files like htaccess that could prevent this? Any error in your error log? any other info?

would be great to find the cause and if you can post it here for others!
