I have no data in my PIWIK installation logged from March 24 to April 6 - I think that I updated to 2.12.0 on March 23 and to 2.12.1 on April 6.
But I didn’t find any ticket in the change log that could fix such an issue - is this a known problem? Is there any way to get these data back (e.g. is logged, but not processed…)?
I have something similar – logging of data stopped Nov 20 which I discovered today when I had to report the website “success” to my boss … Today I updated to the current version 2.12.1 and all of a sudden I saw “live” activity … without changing anything about the website … now I have this huge gap in my records of almost half a year …
